This policy explains, in plain English, how AdBeacon Ltd ("AdBeacon", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website or get in touch. We are the data controller for this information and handle it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Information you give us - your name, business name, email, phone and anything you include when you contact us or ask for a quote.
• Usage data - pages visited, referring site, approximate location and device, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Client data - if you become a client, the account access and reporting data we need to run your ads.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To provide and improve the services you ask us to deliver.
• To send service updates and, where you agree, occasional helpful tips you can opt out of anytime.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases

We rely on your consent for marketing, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, the performance of a contract when we deliver services, and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate - such as analytics, hosting, email and advertising platforms - and only as far as needed. Where any provider is based outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as the law requires after our work ends. After that it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or request portability. Just email hello@adbeacon.mediaand a real person will help. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd love the chance to put things right first.
